The receiver paid over $7,500,000 to the United States Treasury in connection with a federal district court Case No. 2:15-cv-00828 in the Federal District of Utah brought by the United States of America against RaPower-3, International Automated Systems, LTB1, Greg Shepard, Neldon Johnson, and Roger Freeborn. I am bringing a motion to intervene on behalf of customers of Rapower3 to ask the federal court to enter an order that will apply all or part of this $7,500,000 in paid over funds to the customer’s (your) IRS account to pay tax liabilities arising from a tax return examination and in many cases subsequent tax court appeal.
